WMRS Radio was founded by our family in 1989 with a deep desire to broadcast meaningful programming. WMRS keeps our listeners entertained with our unique and fun, family approach to radio. We share a passion for creativity, to have fun and laugh with our listeners, and in tragedy to cry with our community. We have a dedication to connect with our communities which makes us an integral part of our towns. WMRS has become the voice of the greater Twin Lakes area. From staying in the studio for days in the middle of a winter snow storm to something as simple as what band is playing at the festival, the community has come to rely on us for everything that is happening in OUR community. WMRS Radio has become the lifeline for everything local, we believe that is the way radio was meant to be!
